Please ship the item prepaid via UPS or Parcel Post Insured as instructed on your email return authorization form.

• Please enclose the Return Authorization form that was sent via email.
• Please include your original order number (the 8-digit number).         

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase with your Return Authorization number.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Minority Authority Uniform LLC is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping.
Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.

Keep your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit.

We are not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility.
